The expulsion rule — that's exactly what kept me sharp. When you know two misses mean you're out, you treat the program like real work, not a "course I'll get to later."

The Superpower lesson — a turning point. I spent 10 years building around "what the market wants." But I needed to build around what I'm actually strong at. That one thought is worth the entire program.

Homework isn't "take a quiz." Every week you implement something concrete. By the end, I didn't have a notebook — I had working tools: org chart, positioning, RPM task system.

Came in burned out. Didn't understand why I was continuing. Left feeling that business is exciting again. Realized my value and superpower. Sounds grandiose, but that's exactly what happened.

Before you ask.

Depends on the type of crisis. If your operations are on fire and you don't have 3-4 hours per week — put out the fire first. If the crisis is that you don't know where to go — that's exactly what we work with.

One miss — warning. Two misses — expulsion from the free track. No exceptions. If your lifestyle doesn't allow it — choose the paid self-paced track.

Three differences. First — strict selection and expulsion. Second — every assignment is implemented in your business that same week. Third — free track: we earn from your growth, not your wallet.

Session — 2 hours. Homework — 1-2 hours. Total 3-4 hours per week. But this isn't time "on top" — assignments replace chaotic work with systematic work. Most graduates say they spent less time on operations by mid-program.

If you know everything but still do everything yourself — knowledge hasn't helped. CORE gives not information, but a format that forces action. If your systematization is already 9-10/10 — not for you. If lower — welcome.
