Is this program — for you?

You can come to CORE without a team, without much experience, without a finished product. You can't come without one thing: the desire to grow and the readiness to do the work every week.

CORE is not for everyone. We work with three types of entrepreneurs who need to stop spinning the wheel manually.

Entry point 1

Groundhog Day

You're in operations twenty-four seven. Putting out fires, answering every message, carrying every step yourself. The business doesn't move without you. And you no longer remember what you started it all for.

"I built a business for freedom, and got a job with no days off."

Entry point 2

Glass Ceiling

From the outside, all is well. Clients keep coming, the team is in place, the money is there. But profit stands still. You feel the business can do more. Yet every attempt to grow hits the same ceiling.

"The money is there. The team is there. But the next level isn't."

Entry point 3

Acceleration Without a Wheel

Ten ideas a week, three started projects, none finished. Energy — plenty. Strategy — zero. Your team doesn't understand where you're all running.

"I don't need another project. I need focus."

Didn't quite see yourself? That's fine. The entry point isn't your stage — it's your readiness to work.

The main criterion

We don't select for experience. We select for readiness to work.

Your stage doesn't matter. Everything else gets picked up along the way — skill, team, product. Everything except one: the desire to grow and the discipline to follow through. Have that — we'll teach you the rest. Don't — and neither money, connections, nor a ready-made team will save you.

Stuck right now? Not a verdict. We look not at where you're stuck, but at whether you're ready to get out.

What you can pick up along the way

But desire and discipline — those aren't handed out at the door.

0% finish the program

And we're proud of it. CORE is not a webinar you can "listen to in the background." It's an intensive that demands work. Every week.

01

Homework — every week

Not a recommendation — a commitment. No homework — no results. We make no exceptions.

02

Two misses — expulsion

Miss homework twice — you leave the program. It's not punishment. It's respect for those who do the work.

03

Selection at entry

We don't take everyone. Application, interview, readiness assessment. If now isn't your time — we'll say so directly.

If this sounds too harsh — this program is not for you.
If you feel this is exactly what you need — keep reading.

Why "Core" is not about courses,
but about your new architecture.

"Why I do this for free and what I'll expel you for"

A conversation about the true goals of this project, the currency of discipline, and why 81% of participants don't make it to the end.

Mission Why I need a community of builders, not a database of "students."
Price Why your time and actions are worth more than any money.
Filter Who drops out by week two and why that's fair.

The numbers speak for themselves.

Participant self-assessment across two cohorts. Not promises — real data.

Transitioned from individual practice to building a systematic project. The Superpower lesson was the most powerful. For the first time, I articulated my real value — and everything fell into place.

Found focus — instead of "I do everything," I chose a specific direction. Developed clear positioning. Stopped spreading thin — and it feels like freedom.

Structure appeared in my head — marketing and positioning became clearer. I use RPM planning every day. Finally understand how to connect my superpower with what I sell.

The program helped me realize I was on the right path — but walking toward the goal blindly. After the Evolution Map, I saw where my business really stands. Clarity — that's the one word for CORE.

Before the program, I took on everything and couldn't understand why results weren't growing. CORE taught me to choose one thing. The glass ceiling lesson — uncomfortable, but afterwards you see everything differently.

I came in with experience, thinking I knew it all. Half the material was familiar. But I implemented RPM and the org chart — and use them every day. Sometimes the value isn't in what's new, but in finally doing what you've known for years.

The expulsion rule — that's exactly what kept me sharp. When you know two misses mean you're out, you treat the program like real work, not a "course I'll get to later."

The Superpower lesson — a turning point. I spent 10 years building around "what the market wants." But I needed to build around what I'm actually strong at. That one thought is worth the entire program.

Homework isn't "take a quiz." Every week you implement something concrete. By the end, I didn't have a notebook — I had working tools: org chart, positioning, RPM task system.

Came in burned out. Didn't understand why I was continuing. Left feeling that business is exciting again. Realized my value and superpower. Sounds grandiose, but that's exactly what happened.

Org chart with role descriptions — the tool I'd been missing for years. Drew it up — and immediately saw where I was occupying three positions. Hired my first employee before the program ended.

The most valuable thing isn't the content. You can Google content. The most valuable thing is the format that doesn't let you quit. Weekly deadlines, trio breakdowns, expulsion for misses. 12 weeks of this discipline changes more than a year of reading books.

Insight of the week

"I stopped being the person everything passes through and became the one people follow. The business ran two weeks without me — and revenue didn't drop. Turns out, my environment was my ceiling."

— Participant, manufacturing

Concept of the week

Leadership begins where you let go

Old model: hierarchy → control → execution. More control means less initiative. New model: vision → trust → co-creation. The leader is the team's tuning fork. People follow you as far as you lead yourself.

Program Co-Author · Breakdowns & Mentoring

Entrepreneur mentor. Specialization — org structure, delegation, and team management. During breakdowns, she spots blind spots that founders miss for years. One precise question replaces months of trial and error.

Before you ask.

Depends on the type of crisis. If your operations are on fire and you don't have 3-4 hours per week — put out the fire first. If the crisis is that you don't know where to go — that's exactly what we work with.

One miss — warning. Two misses — expulsion from the free track. No exceptions. If your lifestyle doesn't allow it — choose the paid self-paced track.

Three differences. First — strict selection and expulsion. Second — every assignment is implemented in your business that same week. Third — free track: we earn from your growth, not your wallet.

Session — 2 hours. Homework — 1-2 hours. Total 3-4 hours per week. But this isn't time "on top" — assignments replace chaotic work with systematic work. Most graduates say they spent less time on operations by mid-program.

If you know everything but still do everything yourself — knowledge hasn't helped. CORE gives not information, but a format that forces action. If your systematization is already 9-10/10 — not for you. If lower — welcome.

The "Apply for Selection" button leads to a Telegram bot. There — a 3-minute questionnaire. We read every application personally, assess readiness, and respond within 48 hours.

Sessions are held in the evenings (Moscow time) on Zoom. All sessions are recorded. Participants from different time zones watch recordings, but submit homework on time — no exceptions.

/ask How do I find my superpower if it feels like I'm not good at anything special?
That's the Deserving Trap — you devalue what feels normal to you. A superpower always feels "ordinary" because you do it effortlessly. Ask the people close to you: what do they come to you for? What do you solve as if it's nothing, while others struggle for weeks? The answer is there.
/ask And how do I connect this to my business?
Your superpower is the foundation of positioning. A business built around it doesn't burn you out. A business against it does. In Lesson 8, we'll build your unique offer from your superpower.
